The thing that I like first and moremost about this work is that it actually invites the viewers to do the work of watching the performance for a whole year. And what are the viewers watching? People sleeping! So we are awake and watching as the others we are watching, sleep. So who is doing the work here? We are, obviously.

The second thing I like about this work is its minimalism. Not only because of the symmetrical composition, the lighting, the way the clothes are hung over the pegs on the far wall.
More than that because of the laid-back, unabtrusive nothingness of the subject matter.
